You : You need to have a complete medical evaluation and complete physical examination. Tell your doctor oif your weight loss has been intentional or unintentional. Your symptoms are concerning and you need to find out the cause. Please make an appointment immediately. If you develop increased pain, can't eat, have fever, or vomiting then you need to be seen immediately as an emergency.

Maybe nerve related : If you had a rash in that area you could be having post herpetic neuralgia or the shingles. Although unusual it could also be radicular or coming from a nerve pinched high up in your lumbar spine like L1. Also, if you wear tight waisted pants, a tight belt or a heavy tool belt as in construction or law enforcement then you could have local nerve compression. See your PCP and get a work up start.
