Blunt force trauma from horse riding accident 12 days ago. 1 week of horrendous abdominal muscle pain now ok but left side tenderness and discomfort still. slight swelling and can feel lump under left rib cage which is tender to touch. no other sympt?

It is difficult to assess such symptoms without a physical exam. The lump may be evidence of a rib fracture starting to heal.
