How come i have pain at the top right of my abdominal muscles, right below my rib cage?

Unclear: If you have had recent trauma, cracked ribs can be diagnosed on ct scan and often times on x-ray also. If you are having pain under the right rib cage, it may be your gallbladder or liver. See a physician if your pain is persistent/severe.

Sports hernia: Although there could be many other reasons, one could be a sports hernia (i've had one myself from sneezing while crotched over). See your physician for a full evaluation or help provide more symptoms and past medical history. Thanks and good luck!
