Lipomas?: I am not sure of the actual name for these, but when you hit your nose you crushed the fat layer under the skin. It responds by scarring just like the skin itself does.  When that happens under the skin you get these firm little nodules.  They won't hurt you. Sometimes they will go away by themselves.  Try to leave them alone if you can cause you may be aggregating them with the massage.

hi, i keep getting really sore lumps in my nose. they have a white head to them. i've had 2 recently and noticed i've had them a lot lately.

Nasal Lumps: Hello,
This sounds like a nasal folliculitis. This is caused by the staph bacteria within the inside of your nostrils. See your doctor for antibiotic therapy. Often times I will prescribe a topical ointment for inside the nose and an antibiotic taken by mouth. Good luck.

have swollen nodes or lumps on each side of   neck under my head since 15 days.finished anti b course but they still there.nose too is blocked.worried?

Biopsy: If the nodes size did not become smaller with antibiotic you should have biopsy of node to find the cause then to be treated.

every now and then i get these hard lumps under my skin on my face. sometimes theyre up by my nose the latest one is under my nose but above my lip and now i have another one coming up. i have no clue what this is can you tell me what it could be?

: I'd be thinking that clogged pores often caused by hormone charges are possible causes. You should consult a dermatologist for evaluation, treatment &amp; followup. You want an accurate diagnosis, proper treatment &amp; prevention of facial scarring.

Not usually: Our bodies always have things that grow and change. Skin, fat, muscle, lymph nodes,  bones, can change shape, get larger, more prominent due to many factors. The vast majority are not cancer but simply unusual growths like fatty tumors, cysts, skin tags, moles, etc.  Most cause no symptoms and can be watched.  If they cause symptoms or change colors, bleed, bruise or hurt, then see your doctor.

If average in size, see the internist. If large, see the surgeon. Or just see your dr.

They are a normal variant and might be considered something of a plus. If for some reason you don't like them, they can be removed using a laser. Check the online photos and see if this matches what you have.

Hard lumps on head : It could be a few different things but folliculitis comes to mind, which is like acne involving the hair follicle.  But with examination or a picture it's hard to say.  Please get it checked out.
