Smacked bridge of nose 2 months ago (not broken), injury left small lumps in skin, can break them up with message but they reform. what are these?

Lipomas?: I am not sure of the actual name for these, but when you hit your nose you crushed the fat layer under the skin. It responds by scarring just like the skin itself does. When that happens under the skin you get these firm little nodules. They won't hurt you. Sometimes they will go away by themselves. Try to leave them alone if you can cause you may be aggregating them with the massage.
