Nasal Lumps: Hello, This sounds like a nasal folliculitis. This is caused by the staph bacteria within the inside of your nostrils. See your doctor for antibiotic therapy. Often times I will prescribe a topical ointment for inside the nose and an antibiotic taken by mouth. Good luck.

See your doctor.: You should see your doctor to have these evaluated, as it is difficult to make a diagnosis without seeing them. They sound like they could be from a bacterial infection, which might be treated with a topical antibiotic cream by prescription or an oral antibiotic. Your doctor will be able to tell you.

Small boils: The appearance of sore lumps with a white head on them is consistent with a bacterial infection of the nasal mucosa(lining of the nasal cavity). The most common bacteria causing this is Staph. aureus. Infection in the nose is potentially dangerous. Patients should not squeeze pimples or boils in or on the nose. Infection in or on the nose should receive prompt medical attention and antibiotics.
