Cant be for so long: Meningitis is not without fever unless it is part of an auto-immune syndrome.
With no fever and with normal white count this is not acute meningitis.
This may be an auto-immune condition.
You need to see a doctor and have lab work done.

: You seem worried more, you have had physical evaluation so hopefully you would get the reassurance or diagnosis after ultrasound. Do you breast feed? The armpit may just be reactive lymphnode. The sore muscles may just be from carrying the baby as you suggested and you could look for a different way like a front or back baby carrier to ease the strain on your left side.

More info pls: I would suggest a neurologic exam, if you can not go to the urgent care tonight, then a virtual consult can be done. Try standing up on one foot and then the other - is there any difference in coordination and strength between your right and left side? If so, you should go to the ED.

See a dermatologist: To make an accurate diagnosis you should see a skin doctor, but this sounds like an allergic reaction, either to something you are taking by mouth, or a contact dermatitis.  If you have recently changed your shampoo, lotions, perfume, other, bring this info along with your visit to dermatologist.  Hope the itching stops.

i have many lumps under the skin on my chest, arms, trunk, neck, legs. some as small as rice grains. very painful when touched. over a year now. i have elevated crp for 3yrs ranging from 18-35mg/l and high wbc. feel extremely fatigued and pain.

See a specialist: This combination of findings raises the possibility of nodular vasculitis or polyarteritis nodosa. I recommend that you consult a rheumatologist for evaluation. Seeing a dermatologist,who would biopsy a skin lesion, is an alternative recommendation to at least achieve a diagnosis. Referral to a rheumatologist may then be made depending upon the biopsy findings.

can cold sore or hsv spread all over body? i believe a kiss on face, neck, shoulders has affected me. it has now spread further down to arms, legs, scalp, eye, ear & more after 3 months and won't stop spreading. could i have an immune system issue?

: HSV is a virus which affects 2 areas od the body: Mouth/throat or Genital organs(Penis or Vagina).
It is a chronic low grade infection which causes minimal symptoms and no serious harm once it has entered your body. I have 2 recommendations: Quit imagining what the HSV may be doing to your body. Go see a gynecologist or a PCP who can periodically check you and assure you that you are healthy/well.
