31 m - asthma suppose to make you not feel your heart fully pounding in your chest when working out or at pace? headaches daily fullness in chest like there's a lump and my throats tightness as well? advair. even using week not helping ?

Possibly.: Anxiety can make reflux worse . I suggest that you go back to your doctor to discuss this and try another medication or adjust your dose. You also need to discuss the treatment for your anxiety.

lump in throat wont go away. took pepcid zantac. was on prilosec for a bit it stopped working. should i try nexium (esomeprazole)? my cardiologist said to do two pills twice a day. then go up to 2 pills twice a day. if all fails go to gastro.

Needs Further Eval: In order to really answer this ? more info is needed.A lump in the throat can mean many things, is it inside, do you have heartburn, only on the inside or outside too, are there other symptoms.You have taken Pepcid/Zantac and Prilosec (same class as Nexium). Cardio may be right but long enough, this should be eval by at an Internist or poss Gastro or ENT depending on ans to some add ?'s.

hi. i have a sharp pain on my neck that is traveling down my back and my shoulders. it hurt more when i move my head and my shoulders have a lump when the pain is.  the  pharmacy gave me uniflex and rheugesic but it doesnt seem to be working?

Neck shoulder pain : Please see a doctor in person. It is difficult to diagnosis you without an examination. This may be a disc problem or nerve problem in the neck

i have had swollen lymph nodes on my neck and parotiditis, now they found a mass in my lung and half is not working?

Maybe sarcoidosis?: ..Usually a benign condition, but can cause lung or other organ scarring in a small % of patients.  It also sounds like you have a doctor, and for the complex situation you describe, you are better off asking questions of docs who know your history, than trying to figure it out online.  I tell my patients, use information from the internet to get the questions to ask your doc, not the answers.

Lumps and bumps: Any lump or bump you notice in the throat, head and neck region needs to be checked by your local ent. Lumps or masses are not normal.

Not really: Sometimes there is a lump in the throat sensation when anxious or upset. There could be a mass in the throat. There is normally a lump on the external neck (adam's apple). Suggest that you get this assessed. I am not sure what it is.

Many possible causes: This is a symptom with many possible causes:
1. there is some anatomic/disease issue causing the sensation.an office procedure with a flexible scope will visualize it.
2. a cognition found with general anxiety [globus hystericus]
3. i had a patient with Barrett's esophagitis that also complained of a sensation of a lump in his throat.

Need exam: Difficult to say without a description and exact location. Best to see your otolaryngologist for exact diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

Cancer is possible: If the mass is visible it needs to have biopsies done. Some people have a sensation of a lump in the throat. This is called globus sensation. Most common cause of this sensation is felt to be secondary to acid reflux. With or without heartburn.  Look up lprd for more info. But if you have a visible mass it should be evaluated.
