Maybe lymph nodes: They may be lymph nodes which are common to find in the inguinal area. As long as they are tiny, less than an inch in size, not tender and move freely they are likely fine. If you have a surrounding area of infection they can respond to this by growing in size. Have your doctor examine you and confirm a diagnosis.

Get an exam: This could be an enlarged lymph node. How long have you had this lump? Did it grow in size? Did you have any recent regional infection or inflammation? I recommend you see a doctor and get an exam first. Sometimes, further testing or biopsy may be required depending on the exam.
