i was itching on back of my esr yesterday,  i felt lumps, vety itchy.  im using sigmacort 1% to ease the itch. what exactly is it?

Ear?: Did you mean the back of your *ear*? If so, and if it's only one ear, that ear probably came in contact with something that you're allergic to, or that directly irritated your skin. Hydrocortisone cream is fine, but if it doesn't improve promptly, see your doctor.

CBC and hemorrhoid: You are reporting a mild anemia for a male; lump seems to refer to hemorrhoid; a little blood indicates inflamed area in anus, either fissure or hemorrhoid; ESR 26 is slightly high - indicating inflammation somewhere - perhaps inflamed hemorrhoid or infected hemorrhoid - more seriously, he should be checked for polyp in intestine or tumor in colon - so yes, worrying is appropriate - needs f/up

Likely arthritis nec: The lump that can be moved under the skin is probably an incidental finding at location where pressure could cause symptoms of nerve root irritation even if there was no lump. High sed rate and CPR indicate inflammatory activity.

Yes: Any dominant breast lump needs to be investigated for cancer. If imaging cannot rule out cancer, you need a biopsy, whatever any lab test did or did not show.

Just above normal: An elevated ESR is an indication of inflammation some where in the body. The inflammation may be due to infection or non-infecious causes such as arthritis, lupus, colitis etc.  See this site for more info.

Nice start: With the few test that you had done it would be difficult to pinpoint a diagnosis. The results just indicate not an acute inflammatory reaction.  Chronic ear infection, sinus infection, allergies, etc. are just beginning of possibilities. Recommend you go back to your physician for a  more thorough evaluation or ask for referral to EENT doc. But start with your primary care physician

Check with your PCP: If you haven't already I would recommend making an appointment with your primary care physician for additional testing.  Given the timing you should likely have an STD panel done including hepatitis and HIV.  Additionally, they can help determine if there are possible culprits for your symptoms.

: As you realize an internet answer to your question can never be sure You need an in-person examination. I suspect, but not sure, you have a rib problem not a lung problem

how is venous insufficiency diagnosed? i have visibly vascular legs and hands, sensitivity in calves behind knee, eyes get red and dry. red fingers. inflammation as indicated by elevated igg/igm, but esr and crp are normal. vasculitis?
