hi, luca is on fever today and complaining about his stomach hurting... we have him some ibuprofen but he vomited..
it is been around 3 hours since the ibuprofen and his fever continue high. is it ok to do tylenol now?

Fever in a child: Yes at this point its ok to give him tylenol.    Is he taking fluids??  - sometimes a fever will break after fluids are given -  not a large quantity - as he may vomit but something like a water ice or even sucking on an ice cube.    But to answer your question  -  yes  its safe.

my son lucas has a sore throat and congestion. my husband is just getting it too-has been taking an antibiotic and i think my son needs one too?

Maybe...: 3m lava dental crowns are a translucent ceramic  crown. There are many brands of ceramic crowns of which lava is but one. I am not familiar with the term "ultra-translucent" being used for a specific brand of ceramic crowns.

Get evaluated: This may or may not be related to the malpractice. I would start with an ENT doctor to get fully evaluated. I would then see an oral surgeon and an endodontist to cover all the basis. Would be very interested in the finding so keep in touch via health tap.

Occlusion: As anOrthodontist I will leave the choice of restoration to my Restorative Dentist colleagues.  As to mandibular advancement appliances for sleep apnea, they can negatively affect your occlusion.  Do your homework before deciding on the practitioner that has the best answers for your problems.
