Hi, luca is on fever today and complaining about his stomach hurting... we have him some ibuprofen but he vomited.. it is been around 3 hours since the ibuprofen and his fever continue high. is it ok to do tylenol now?

Fever in a child: Yes at this point its ok to give him tylenol. Is he taking fluids?? - sometimes a fever will break after fluids are given - not a large quantity - as he may vomit but something like a water ice or even sucking on an ice cube. But to answer your question - yes its safe.
