More info needed: With your current symptoms, you may have a urinary tract infection or possibly a kidney infection.  You must be seen and have a urine analysis and culture.  You need to have your prostate checked as well because you could have an infection there.  Do not take any chances.  I would be more worried about infection than cancer at this time--you must also be worried about sexually transmitted disease.

Not cancer: It is very highly unlikely that you have prostate cancer. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion about rest of your symptoms without examining you. If you are overweight, try losing weight for a beginning.

No and no: 1. Oral activities will not affect the prostate gland
2. Epididymitis  will cause testicular pain, but should not refer to the low back. See your doc to determine source of the lower back pain and start effective treatments.

Don't Fear The Beer!: Oh yeah... you better have a few beers and chill-out. Prostate cancer at 21? Don't think so. At your age maybe prostatitis but that usually won't cause a kidney problem. And kidney pain is usually in the upper back (unless you have a rare "ectopic" kidney low down in the back). A muscle pain will hurt when you use the muscle. But not a kidney or prostate. They'll hurt whether you move or not.

Prostatitis: Uncommon at your age to be diagnosed with prostate cancerbut not unheard of it occurring.  Hope this helps.

Back pain when young: Not so much of a concern as far as serious issues, but it could lead to a disabled body. Maintain ideal body weight, watch what you at and stay active without straining your back. Regular aerobics are better than binge exercising.

A Trip to AA: Alcohol combined with any "pain-killer" can be fatal or at least dangerous. Alcoholic beverages do not effectively treat pain. Consider seeing a dr. For diagnosis. There are a number of treatments that can help without meds like therapeutic exercise, physical therapy modalities like ultrasound and muscle stim, tens and last but not least core muscle strengthening. Alcohol can increase pain.

Rest and exam: Continuing low back pain in a teenager might be related to chronic muscle strain, injury to joint ligaments, or even referred pain from prostate infections.  Avoid weight lifting and extreme sports until it resolves, and see a doctor.
