If there are no other concerns, doctors often wait until the next time the patient needs blood drawn, then compare the results.

Low iron: There are many reasons for low iron. You may have heavy bleeding with your periods, or you may be eating improperly.  Then too you may have a chronic illness.You might also be bleeding from your bowel. Therefore, it is important to see your doctor for a complete workup.

: It is difficult to interpret labs taken out of the context of the clinical situation-like what symptoms, if any, are you having? Having said that, these labs results are not concerning. The ratio is high because the globulin is slightly low but a mildly low globulin by itself is not a reason to be concerned. The trend would be informative, is it decreasing or increasing over time?

yes i am currently taking roxycodone 10 mg 1 tab 4 times a day as needed for pain i recently had blood work done it shows that i had a reading of >400 of codone in my system is that too high or to low ?

Lab data: Have no idea what low infection count means, and without clinical information lab values have very little meaning most of the time.

: A normal RBC count for women typically falls somewhere between 4.2 to 5.4 million/mcL. A level of 3.4 million/mcL is low, but the question anyone should ask is "why is it low?" For women in their late 40's, menopause or occult bleeding are possible concerns to look out for. However, a full history and discussion of you labs should be held with your primary doctor.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, a few immature granulocytes, with no blasts, is not a cause for concern.
