Fungal/parasitic inf: Your presentation resembles a fungal infection or parasitic infection in the line of Malaria fever that is poor treated. I would recommend you consult a doctor and have tests done in that line, including an LP.

hello, i have been having intermittent low grade fever with headache sometime for past 10 days. i have no other symptoms. blood work shows no infectio?

Viral-temp:  sounds like a recurring or pwesisitant virus. Get a relaiable thermometer. Check your temp and if it is101 or greater, take 2 tylenol (acetaminophen) tablets, then recheck temp again in 1 hour: if your fever drops 1 degree or more- this is probably a cold virus- just a rule of thumb.

URI: Presence of low grade fever indicates an upper respiratory tract infection which is most likely viral at this time. In my opinion,antibiotics are not yet indicated unless symptoms have exceeded a week or are worsening. Treatment now would be resting, drinking adequate fluids, taking Tylenol and using a nasal decongestant spray according to instructions.

Unsafe world: Nothing is safe anymore. If the question has to do with you having symptoms for 3 weeks that might have been due to coronavirus it does not seem likely. You will still need an explanation as to what is causing your current symptoms and once you are released from staying home you will be prone to contracting the infection. Stay in touch with your doc and follow local authorities recommendations.
