Hello, i have been having intermittent low grade fever with headache sometime for past 10 days. i have no other symptoms. blood work shows no infectio?

Viral-temp: sounds like a recurring or pwesisitant virus. Get a relaiable thermometer. Check your temp and if it is101 or greater, take 2 tylenol (acetaminophen) tablets, then recheck temp again in 1 hour: if your fever drops 1 degree or more- this is probably a cold virus- just a rule of thumb.
