Hello. : Hello. You may have a viral infection. They are usually treated symptomatically. Consider hydrating really well with water (at least 8 8 ounce glasses per day).  Gargle with warm salt water at least several times a day. A  non-steroidal anti-inflammatory can hlep with fever and aches.  In terms of upset stomach, consider drinking(sipping)  slightly flattened ginger ale or nibbling on small pieces of crystalized giner. You can also make ginger tea by steeping freshly sliced organic ginger in boiling water for at least 5 minutes. If you have a temp of 100 or higher or symptoms last a week or more, recommend seeking medical attention.

Any signs of pneumonia? 25 % have abdominal pain, and elevation of liver enzymes is certainly possible, as well as muscle and joint aches.

2 days after 2nd dose of covid jabi have increased heart rate &raised blood pressure. please tell me is this considered a reason to visit a cardiologist? i also had stabbing lower abdomen pain, frequent urination &low grade fever?

: Rather an urgent care or even better your PCP. The changes in blood pressure and heart rate are likely reactive on limited description and common conditions, such as a UTI, for example, will have to be first ruled out.

Gastroenteritis?: May just be a gastroenteritis but i would monitor him closely. If any worrisome signs such as decreased intake, lethargy, spiking fever, bleeding or irritability , i would make sure he is evaluated.
