22.5 weeks. have low blood pressure. tested for anemia those results are normal.  my tsh is 4.04 (normal range 0.32-4 ) my free t4 is normal at 11. (normal is 9-19). does ever so slightly elevated tsh mean i have thyroid issues now this pregnancy?

TSH is fine: Your thyroid function including TSH is fine/normal. So there is no need to worry.
BP changes are fairly common during pregnancy, so I would not worry about low BP as long as you do not feel dizziness/feel faint.

is it possible to have hypothyroidism for 11 years, then suddenly develop graves disease or hyperthyroidism following a pregnancy?? low tsh for months and normal free t4 (been off armour for eight weeks now)

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Change from hyperthyroidism to hypothyroidism is not uncommon but the reverse warrants an investigation. It would be prudent to see an endocrinologist.

Hypothyroid.: If I read your statement correctly, and I'm not sure I do, you are still hypothyroid and need to stay on the higher dose.  Your numbers are somewhat confusing, but with your TSH still elevated at 4.57 on 75 mcg of Synthyroid you are not corrected and should not go down despite whatever the free T4 level is.  In fact if you were my patient I would have increased your dose.

Consider followup: Based on the results you reported, you are actually hyperthyroid. If you are on thyroid replacement, you are likely overreplaced. However, it may be limited to interpret the labs accurately if you are take Cytomel (liothyronine) or T3 preparations. Your exhaustion is unlikely to be related to your current thyroid levels. Hypothyroid may make someone fatigue but hyperthyroid state does not.
