Consider followup: Based on the results you reported, you are actually hyperthyroid. If you are on thyroid replacement, you are likely overreplaced. However, it may be limited to interpret the labs accurately if you are take Cytomel (liothyronine) or T3 preparations. Your exhaustion is unlikely to be related to your current thyroid levels. Hypothyroid may make someone fatigue but hyperthyroid state does not.
