How do they FEEL?: The course in lung cancer is famously unpredictable, especially if it is non-small-cell. One's blood pressure need be only high enough to perfuse the body -- it'd be a shame for a person who simply needs a few glasses of water to say, "Oh, my pressure is low, the end must be near." Trust yourself: That blood pressure may be low for you as many people as they age need slightly higher blood pressure to function, though by most standards people would say those readings are acceptable. Trust yourself. If you do not feel well contact your physician and get advice from someone who knows your case but follow your feelings and take care of yourself and get help.

Get Checked!: I do not know the reason for your original pulmonary embolism, but with the symptoms you are describing there are a multitude of issues possible.  The most concerning is the possibility of a recurrent pulmonary embolus.  You should be seen in the ER as soon as possible for further evaluation in order to make sure this is not a life threatening issue!

Rarely: Pheochormocytoma, a tumor of adrenal gland, can cause the symptoms you described. It would be prudent to discuss that with your doctor.

Weight : Weight loss, spitting up blood, lack of appetite and energy along with abnormal cxr or ct chest (spot of chesr x ray or ct chest) are all suggestive of cancer. Sometimes coughing too hard/bronchitis can lead to blood in sputum as well besides lung cancer.

Cancer: Cancer can be associated with low blood pressure. If you have low blood pressure and are otherwise fine, you shouldn't be worrying that you have cancer however. Low blood pressure usually happens late in the course of a serious malignancy.
