Get Checked!: I do not know the reason for your original pulmonary embolism, but with the symptoms you are describing there are a multitude of issues possible. The most concerning is the possibility of a recurrent pulmonary embolus. You should be seen in the ER as soon as possible for further evaluation in order to make sure this is not a life threatening issue!
