Need more  informati: The sed rate  is not that high but this depends on your health, age, medical issues etc. You will need a full evaluation to consider the reason for the elevaed  liver  tests. A normal sed  rate  for women is 1/2 your age plus 10. We don't know your  age.  Liver test elevation can be due to health issues  like liver  disease, hepatitis C, fatty liver, or to medications you take. See your physician.

what would cause a slightly elevated bilirubin? my level was 1.2 mg/dl today and is usually always in the .4-.6 range (last checked october 2022). ast, alt and albumin were all normal. alkaline phosphatase was low?

: you probably have a condition known as Gilbert’s syndrome which causes a mild elevation in bilirubin when you are dehydrated .  It is an inherited condition when your liver produces bilirubin and is usually discovered accidentally when routine blood work is done.
It requires no treatment and is of no major concern.

Elevated bilirubin: Your total bilirubin is at 1.4, which is mildly above the normal range.  You might have a condition known as gilbert's syndrome, which is a benign condition.  Rarely you would see mild elevation of total bilirubin with fatty liver infiltration, unless you are at the advance stage (liver cirrhosis).  Suggest to repeat lfts in 3 months.

alt (52) and total bilirubin (1.9) have both been sligtly elevated for the past 12 months.ast has been normal in the low 20's. ultrasound and ct of the abdomen and pelvis and hida scan all normal.liver biospy discussed.what could that show?

: Has your doctor considered Gilbert syndrome as an explanation for the elevated bilirubin. Unless there is other data that would warrant liver biopsy, the information you provided does not seem sufficient reason,  You may wish to consider a/different liver specialist.

It depends: There are dozens of reasons for any one blood test to be above or below the normal value. Blood test need to be interpreted in light of the patients symptoms and physical examination findings. If unsure why a blood test falls outside of the normal range ask your doctor.

: Not necessarily a problem at this point, but you could ask about Gilbert's syndrome.  If you drink alcohol or use recreational drugs, one or the other may affect liver function, and could be stopped for 60 days, and blood studies repeated.  Discuss all of this with the doctor who ordered the blood studies.  No urgent action needed currently but glad you are proactive.

what could cause high bilirubin (2.1 (t)/0.4 (d)/1.7(i)) but low ast/alt (11/9)? i'm going to bring up the results with my dr but my appt isn't for a while and i'm just wondering if i should try to see her sooner or if it's something that can wait.

Yes, you can wait for your appointment. Nevertheless it is very important to determine why the indirect bilirrubin is elevated.
This could be caused by liver, spleen or blood problems and needs further investigation.

Not concerned: Being outside the reference range, especially by a bit, doesn't mean unhealthy for most labs. Your bilirubin level is of no significance, and I am not at all concerned about your albumin, ast, alt or protein either. If your absolute white count is low on follow-up it might be of some passing interest though only marked variants from the reference range. Treat the person, not the numbers.

Congenital: Gilbert's syndrome is a congenital, life long condition that might get worse in certain condition such as infections or dehydration and may cause jaundice and or fatigue. Otherwise, benign condition with no need for specific treatment.
