Hematoma: If you are seeing a hematoma/ecchymosis on your stomach, then that is most likely a superficial condition (i.e. Under the skin, probably due to seat belt and/or steering wheel).  Presumably you've had a ct scan to evaluate your internal organs - if the ct was normal, then your appetite should improve within the next few days.  If not - see a physician.

Very individual: Generally good prognosis in a young healthy individual. In other words, very low probability.

i have cervical herniated discs from c2-c7. each one is herniated and there are other issues like bone spurs and loss of natural neck curvature as well. i believe all of the herniations are from a car accident. 2 years later, what should i do?

: If you are symptomatic, e.g. persistent neck or arm pain, numbness or weakness of either arms, etc. you should see a spine orthopedist. Good luck.

No residue: Anesthetics are generally short acting and do not leave residue in the body. Your symptoms are not from having anesthesia. It is not feasible to provide a more meaningful opinion without examining you.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Globus hystericus: Could be related to mental illness. However a barium x -ray may help rule out anatomical causes of the same feeling like esophageal web or strictures.

Can happen: There are many causes of food poisoning, but it may be common for symptoms to persist after the actual episode of exposure or infection is over, including loss of appetite. You may need to seek dietary help to insure good nutrition if you are not eating normally. There might also be an aversion to certain foods long after the event that eventually can resolve with time.

Future Endoscopy?...: Gastric ulcers can grow in intensity with eating, while duodenal ulcers decrease with eating. If you have had chronic concerns with GERD (aka acid reflux) and/or gastritis (due to foods, meds, lifestyle, stress), then Peptic Ulcer Disease (PUD) is possible. Avoid hot/spicy/greasy/fried/caffinated/alcoholic foods and drinks as a precaution. Prilosec OTC is a good first med to use, but see GI/PCP !

Appetite changes: Common with hormonal tides. To establish a healthy relationship with the effects of progesterone which rises after ovulation, plan your meals accordingly.
Progesterone influences how women's sleep, mood and appetite. Talk to a gynecologist who is adept in treating premenstrual changes such as PMDD and sleep disturbances. I'm sorry that this physiologic event becomes the butt of sexist  jokes!

Loss of appetite: Best to consult your doctor to do evaluation and lab workup to rule out physical causes such as anemia or thyroid disease, etc.

Too vague: There are too many possiblitiies from stomach issues to hormonal to depression.  You need to see your doctor.
