Hematoma: If you are seeing a hematoma/ecchymosis on your stomach, then that is most likely a superficial condition (i.e. Under the skin, probably due to seat belt and/or steering wheel). Presumably you've had a ct scan to evaluate your internal organs - if the ct was normal, then your appetite should improve within the next few days. If not - see a physician.
