Probbaly not: Things that make skin loose are: smoking (disrupts elasticity), weight fluctuations, age, gravity, genetics, and probably poor diet and exercise habits.

Lax skin not strain: Slthough previous striae may become worse looking with weight loss, they will not be caused by the weight loss. For the most part they were caused by the weight gain that preceded the weight loss. However, it is common for patients to become suddenly aware of pre-existing stretch marks with weight loss and seek surgical correction or other treatments after successful weight losses.

Surgery or nothing: Once the skin has been stretched to the point of stretch marks appearing (essentially fracturing if the dermal layer of skin), there is no repair to allow the skin to be tightened. No laser, no radio frequency, no ultrasonic device can make appreciable differences. So, we are only left with one answer "surgery or nothing". A tummy tuck will usually suffice.

Stop thinking and...: ...start losing. The average 67-inch 18-year-old woman weighs about 140 pounds. Estimate it by using 105 pounds for a 60-inch (5-foot) woman, and add 5 pounds for every extra inch in height (105+35=140). Take the next 2 years to lose 2 lbs per month, by eating LESS. Exercise is good too. Avoid sugar. Avoid simple carbs. No sugared drinks. Eat LESS. Two pounds a month for 2 years is 48 lbs of loss.

Stretch marks: The first thing I would recommend is that you see your obstetrician and get advice and help about the stretch marks.

Thinning of skin: Stretch marks are common when patients gain and lose a large amount of weight, such as in pregnancy.  As the skin stretches, collagen thins, and leaves stretch marks.  There are some treatments to improve the appearance.  If the stretch marks are red, sometimes laser can help lighten the reddness.  Retin a (tretinoin) cream (which is mainly used for acne and photoaging) can help long term but it is irritating.

U caused some: bleeding under the skin which should go away along the same time frame as any bruise would ( 7-10 days).

Having : Having breast implants causes the overlying breast tissue and skin to stretch to accommodate the implant.  When breast implants are removed, there will almost certainly be some degree of loose skin and tissue that results.  For this reason, many women who have their breast implants removed will also have a breast lift operation to optimize the appearance of their own remaining breast volume.  Breast lift surgery improves the shape and position of your breasts, but leaves new scars.  Your board certified plastic surgeon can help give you a realistic expectation of how much looseness you can expect, and whether he/she would recommend a breast lift operation if you desire.

Other treatments, such as rf (radio frequency), laser, or creams and lotions only provide minimal improvements. If your skin is youthful and you are not obese, your skin still has a unique degree of elasticity that would allow some degree of return to normal, as after pregnancy.
