Possible: It really depends on your age and skin quality.  If your skin is not currently sagging, minimal stretch marks, with normal elasticity it may do well.  Your skin will shrink with the weight loss if it isn't overly stretched and damaged.  Good luck with the weight loss!

i gave birth naturally and since then i noticed some loose skin hanging around my anus, not too big but my anus isnt the same since. is this normal? theres no blood coming out.

: This is likely a bulged-out vein that formed a skin tag.  It will likely remain but shrink more. It can be addressed surgically but it seldom requires any intervention.

Genital sores: Vaginal and other locations outside the vagina which have ulcers or sores probably originate from herpes virus.  See your healthcare provider for blood tests and/or cultures of the ulcers, and for antiviral medication if positive for herpes.  Ask about the "loose skin" described as well.

Find insurance?: Not a med answer, but is there a way you can get insurance? Is there a medicaid program? Does your county offer health assistance, or your hospital have a free clinic (many do). Your best bet for insurance is a large employer; starbucks offers insurance for part time workers.  If it is true that no insurance means no help, then you need to find a way to get insurance.

: Skin is not a right term for tear drop structure hanging from the tonsil. It is unlikely to be anything worth worrying about. Do keep your follow up appointment.
