For a person who is 100 pounds over weight.. is it possible to lose that 100 pounds and have absolutely no nasty loose skin hanging?

Possible: It really depends on your age and skin quality. If your skin is not currently sagging, minimal stretch marks, with normal elasticity it may do well. Your skin will shrink with the weight loss if it isn't overly stretched and damaged. Good luck with the weight loss!
