Normal variant: The kidneys form by the fusion of lobules.  Sometimes these are still prominent on ultrasound.  More important is the function of the kidneys on laboratory testing and the absence of obstruction on ultrasound.

Normal variant : Persistent fetal lobulation is a normal variant seen occasionally in adult kidneys. It occurs when there is incomplete fusion of the developing renal lobules.Embryologically, the kidneys originate as distinct lobules that fuse as they develop and grow.It is often seen on ultrasound or ct as smooth indentations of the renal outline in between renal pyramids.  They should be distinguished from scar.

Irregular: A healthy meniscus will have relatively sharp borders.  A lobular shape is irregular and suggests the possibility of a tear or degeneration.  Discuss the specifics of your case with your doctor.

Not to much: The echo texture of the pancreas can vary for many reasons. The amount of fatty tissue will cause the texture of the gland to change. As for the lobular contour, if the gland itself has no other issues, then that is the way it is. Many different things causes for the lobular contour. If the rest of the gland is ok, don't worry.

Looks like Normal: I do not see anything worry some in your report. Unless there is a mass/growth present , it is nothing to be concerned about... such as a Cancer

See a rheumatologist: This sounds as if you have a more generalized inflammatory arthritis and not just a knee issue. I strongly urge you to see a rheumatologist. The MRI results do not indicate a new tear. Studies have shown that additional knee surgery is not indicated and often will create more problems in the future.

I wouldn't say they: are common, but not especially unusual. You list three findings in the kidney...a bit unusual..and I would definitely pursue a kidney evaluation when your acute problem is resolved. But your current symptoms don't especially suggest a kidney cause.
