See a rheumatologist: This sounds as if you have a more generalized inflammatory arthritis and not just a knee issue. I strongly urge you to see a rheumatologist. The MRI results do not indicate a new tear. Studies have shown that additional knee surgery is not indicated and often will create more problems in the future.
