Several possiblities: Your gallbladder is located under your liver. They share a common space that can measure up to 10 x 5 cm. It is not uncommon for bleeding in this common space or its edges. Usually your surgeon will make intra-operative maneuvers to control any bleeding before ending the operation. Okay to ask your surgeon for details of your case. If your recovery is on tract, it may be a normal variant.

i had a lap.gallbladder surgery i have 13-24 surgical clips in my liver, is it a normal thing to have in after that surgery?#nqlu in laproscopic surgeries they cannot use stiches so i have been told since, they only staple.

It : It is normal to have clips in the area below your liver known as the gallbladder fossa after a laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal).  13 or 24 clips is a lot, however.  Normally, most surgeons will have 2-3 clips on what is called the cystic duct stump and on the cystic artery, making 4-6 clips normal.  That being said, every patient and every case is different.  It is possible that you had what is called "aberrant anatomy" such that you either had extra blood vessels that required more clips, or that you had some large venous sinuses under your liver that were bleeding during surgery and required more clips.  
If you are more than a few weeks out from your surgery and are doing fine then this probably isn't anything to worry about.  In most cases, the complications associated with having your gallbladder removed laparoscopically occur almost immediately after surgery and are readily apparent.  There are some less common problems, such as narrowing of your bile duct or occlussion of your hepatic artery that can show up later.  If these things happen, they do tend to be associated with cases that are considered more difficult.  If you are concerned you should ask the surgeon who did your procedure to explain to you how your surgery went and if you should be concerned, but i suspect you have little to be worried about.

LFTs post chole: Simple answer, is “yes!” the data you report is trending down—resolving. It could take a few weeks for lfts to return to normal after an acute attack of cholecystitis. Bear in mind, though, that upward trends could suggest a retained stone in the common bile duct. Unless an intraoperative cholangiogram was done during the surgery, then you would want to rule-out that possibility...

3 months after gallbladder surgery still have nausea episodes and tenderness near gallbladder area, liver enzyme and ultrasound normal, just healing?

Complex problem.: By three months, you could reasonably expect that your symptoms should have been better after having your gallbladder removed. There could be many reasons for persistent nausea and tenderness.  You need further evaluation by your surgeon and your gastroenterologist to help sort through these. Good luck.

is it possible to get a gallbladder attack after gallbladder surgery? sometimes i get sharp pains out of no where on my right side of my abdomen.

No.: Ruq pain after gallbladder removal is unlikely phantom pain, and more likely secondary to post-surgical changes, healing etc. Depending on lenght of time since surgery.  Other causes further out from surgery include adhesions, sphincter of oddi dysfunction, retained common duct stones and duodenal ulcer.  Good luck!

Surgeon: Follow up with your surgeon. You may not be ready for strenuous activity. Sometimes surgery sites are associated with hernias. Have it checked and if unclear an ultrasound may help. I hope you recover soon.

:  Consider seeing a surgeon to determine if a scar revision is needed. Acupuncturists can also treat with needles or provide scar deactivation.

Needs evaluation: If you had a major abdominal surgery and things have not yet returned to normal - this absolutely needs getting checked out. Preferably by the doctors that did the surgery in the first place, since they know exactly what went on and how your body is. There can be post-operative complications like 'abscess formation' that could take weeks to months later to 'appear'. Hope you take action TODAY.

Uncommon can happen: Death during gall bladder surgery is rare but could happen , mostly due to anesthetic , cardiac & pulmonary complication , late deaths bile duct injuries, sepsis  and undiagnosed internal bleeding. American college of surgeons calculated figure as   0 to 0.1  per 1000 procedures.

do i have a greater chance dieing in a car accident then during gallbladder surgery?

Don't drive: As a young male. You probably do have a greater risk of mortality from driving then a routine surgery.
