Good for infections: Cephalexin is a wonderful medication for moderate to severe oral bacterial infections.  However, overuse can lead to some very severe intestinal problems.  Because of the possibility of side effects, there are other medications that are usually prescribed first.

Not sure: The tooth staining from tetracycline is not superficial like coffee, smoking, etc but part of the enamel itself.. Not sure if there is anything than can remove that type of discoloration.

Dentist: Sensitive teeth can be from lots of causes. The cause will dictate the treatment and a dentist who personally examines you can determine both the exact cause and the best treatment.  Consult with one.

Not recommended: Do not drink alcohol for 72 hours because it can interfere with the healing process, promote bleeding and can cause dry socket.

Not recommended: Follow your surgeon's specific instructions and avoid drinking alcohol first 72 hours. Just a common sense, alcohol and prescription pain medicines do not mix together and alcohol will delay the healing process.

Stay on the meds: Antibiotics really take about 48hrs to do you some serious good, so stay on the mess to make sure they are working. Sounds like either an ear infection or a dental infection from a lower molar.

Days: and usually no strong medications are required after apicodontal surgery.

Sedation: You should discuss your complete medical history, including medications, with the surgeon performing the procedure. This will help prevent interactions between medications and will allow your surgeon to use the proper  dosages and meds for your procedure.

Ilcer: Will not prescribe for lesion that I have not examined.  Any OTC pain reliever will take the edge off until you can be properly examined and treatment planned by s Dentist.

i have teeth sensitivity and teeth pain. i'm a long term user of steroids and on bp medications as well. will that cause teeth sensitivity? when i consulted a dentist, he said my teeth is fine and suggested a flouride tooth paste. what i have to do n?

: As long as you do not have carious lesions or periodontal issues the concentrated fluoride toothpaste should help. If not, fluoride trays can be fabricated that you can fill with concentrated gel which can be worn an hour or so per day until the sensitivity is resolved.
