Not sure: The tooth staining from tetracycline is not superficial like coffee, smoking, etc but part of the enamel itself.. Not sure if there is anything than can remove that type of discoloration.

Few: Tetracycline staining is normally a very dark, difficult stain to lighten. Over the counter products will normally not help. Professional whitening with possible micro-abrasion may be required.
