Chalazion: Sounds like a blocked oil gland called a chalazion. This shouldn't be too painful like a sty. It should resolve within a few weeks. Try gentle massage, warm compresses, and clean lid margins with baby shampoo.

Chalazion: This is most likely a chalazion.  Place warm compresses over the lids/eyes 10 minutes, twice a day.  If not improved or resolved in 1 month, see an ophthalmologist.

Papillary change: This is likely to be papillary  conjunctivitis; an inflammatory - usually allergic - response of the inside of the upper lid.  It can be spontaneous but can also be a reaction to contact lens solutions.   You should see an ophthalmologist to get this evaluated and start treatment.

Stye: Occluded meibomian (oil) glands along the edges of the lid can get stopped up and cause a bump or swelling along the lid margin.  Other causes can be papilloma (wart), skin tumors, or even irregular skin growth.  See an ophthalmologist to see if it is prudent to remove it.

Not likely!: Pigmented spots are always a concern in regards to their malignant potential.  These. Spots are more frequent in darker skinned people, but more concerning in light colored people.  Take a good, high quality, well lite photo and if you feel the lesion is growing have it evaluated!

Cyst: A small bump under the skin could represent a cyst. Typically cysts are benign and do not require treatment unless they grow or become sore , etc.

upper eyelid got swollen. when i lifted up the eyelid below the eyelid there is a pop. it is not a stye and don't know what it is.little pain  is there?

Swollen eyelid: There is internal stye, so what you saw can still be a stye. There is also cholazion which is related to stye. I would suggest you see a doc to figure it all out.

Probably a cyst: If the eyelid is not inflammed, not red, and not hurting, then you probably have discovered a chalazion, which is a cyst formed by the eye to seal off and prevent the spread of a stye.  If it is not bothering y0u by appearance or by symptoms, you can ignore it as it will cause no harm at your age.

Stye: Use warm compresses 2-3 times daily for several days.  This often helps the lid inflammation resolve.  If not, see your ophthalmologist.

Blocked gland: This is a blocked skin gland.  The secretion is a clear mixture of oil and water.  If blocked the water is absorbed, leaving a hard lump of white oil.  This can be ignored or it can be removed in a simple office procedure with a sterile needle to open the top and cotton tip applicators to squeeze out the oil lump.
