Inside my upper eyelid, i examined it and i saw really small bumps and i'm determined to know what it is. every time i blink is uncomfortable. ?

Papillary change: This is likely to be papillary conjunctivitis; an inflammatory - usually allergic - response of the inside of the upper lid. It can be spontaneous but can also be a reaction to contact lens solutions. You should see an ophthalmologist to get this evaluated and start treatment.
