Evaluation: Localized reactions, eczema or an infection should be considered. Avoid irritation to the skin in this area. Gently apply a baby eczema cream by patting it onto the skin without getting it into the eyes, three times daily. Apply a local steroid cream after speaking with your pediatrician. A low dose of a 0.5% Hydrocortisone lotion may be indicated twice daily after speaking with your pediatrician.

are there any homemade remedies to get rid of acne and dark circles under eyes?

Home remedies: I do not know of any home remedies for these problems. You can try a good skin cleanser and benzoyl peroxide for the acne and get a nasal steroid for the dark circles under the eyes. The dark circles are the result of allergies   the inflammation in the nose causes a back up of the venous drainage in the nose. This backup causes the dark circles in the eyes. (go bucks). Good luck.

painful  lumps under skin by chin areas and it i feel pressure in my check area and under eyes with lumps. is it cystic acne and why do my gums hurt?

More than 1: You may have more than 1 concurrent problem.  See your General Physician or a Dermatologist to review skin lesions.  See your General Dentist or Periodontist to evaluate gums for infection.  Don't expect magic healing, seek professional care.

Most likely: But you cannot survive for long on this diet and thus should consider adding back other foods individually at weekly intervals to find out the actual culprit . I suspect that milk is the most likely culprit and thus should be added at the tailend of the diet.  Consult an allergist if you need any help

i've got small blisters which look likes pimples around my eyes but now it's spreading to my face. they not painful?

Infection: Apply a thin layer of Bacitracin ointment three times daily and please see your physician. There is a probable infection of the skin which needs to be treated. Watch for pus, redness and swelling. Monitor your temperature and keep the skin clean. 
Avoid irritation of the skin, opening pimples or lesions, since this may increase the spread of the infection.

Rubbing eyes: Her eyes may be itching because of allergy, possibly from a stuffed animal. Pimples under her eyes are from the irritation.

Ignore them: These are milia or retained salt crystals. When a baby is in the womb they are surrounded by water &amp; don't sweat. These will disappear over time if you do nothing at all. They are NORMAL. The pimples are likely that. Baby acne comes from the hormones of pregnancy. They don't appear until 2-3 wks and fade by 6-9 wks. They appear in 1/2+ of  babies. Keep it clean &amp; it will go away on its own.

Milia: Milia are tiny epidermal cysts that typically form around the eyes or nose (or both). They are not dangerous, but they might get larger. A dermatologist can remove them for you if you find them unsightly or bothersome.

No: Don't pick on the pimple to avoid infection.  Leave it alone but keep skin clean.  Most of the time it will resolve on its own.

Stye: This is likely a stye.
Apply hot wet compresses with a wash rag as warm as you can tolerate for 10 minutes four times a day to the affected eye
