No: Don't pick on the pimple to avoid infection. Leave it alone but keep skin clean. Most of the time it will resolve on its own.

Depends: There are many types of pimples and eyelid or skin lesions. Generally speaking, if no improvement is happening spontaneously or with the use of warm compresses, it would be best to see your ophthalmologist or dermatologist.
