recently my bruises have been getting red raised and  itchy  when  my skin gets hot or cold. i am not on any regular medication so am a little confused as to why this has started this year.?

See doctor: Might be something common line atopic dermatitis or eczema, or something more serious such as vasculitis or panniculitis or other skin condition. Best to see a dermatologist for evaluation, diagnosis (may possibly require a biopsy), and treatment.

Depends: Strings of bright red blood attached to the outside of a hard or bulky stool suggest a scratch/tear in the outlet from a bulky or hard stool. If it is blobs of blood mixed within the stool it suggests a germ like salmonella/shigella  may be the cause of an infectious process. An exam and testing may be needed to sort that out.

Follow-up: If i understand, your urine urobilinogen level was very high, there was a trace of bilirubin in your urine, you are taking dianabol, and you are not visibly jaundiced. Dianabol will cause cholestasis and is the likely explanation for the bilirubinuria. The elevated urobilinogen will prompt a savvy physician to order liver enzymes and a reticulocyte count to check for hemolysis.

Try clear broth. *  add honey & a small amt. Of lemon juice to chamomile tea. Add honey & a small amt. Of lemon juice to chamomile tea.

Time: There's no known cure for the common cold.  Paracetamol may help pain.  Vitamin C is controversial.  Antibiotics don't help as I'd viral.  With time the body fights back.

Could be: Without knowing all the meds you take, it certainly could be a side effect.  Several medications for depression etc., can cause weight gain.  Thyroid disorders can also cause weight gain, so it best to follow-up with your dr. To get and evaluation of your weight gain.  Best wishes.
