Get pregnancy test :  women on Carbegoline treatment who could not conceive previously due to hyperprolactinemia (high blood prolactin levels) may become pregnant after starting this medication. Therefore please get a pregnancy test for her. Although relatively safe in pregnancy  carbegoline is NOT the drug of choice in pregnancy. Therefore  consult a Endocrinologist if she is pregnant about the choice of treatment.

Antihistamine: Chlorpheniramine is a first generation antihistamine. It has been around for a long time and is available in a lot of over the counter medications. While effective for mild allergies it can cause drowsiness in many people. Second generation antihistamines such as Claritin (loratadine) or Allegra (fexofenadine) are often a better choice as they are non-sedating.

May be: These medications are not likely to change the course of your "flu" and have side effects. Your weight loss is more dependent on your food intake and exercise or the lack of it., but not on the medications you mentioned.

Safe drugs: You need to see your primary doc for the safest drug for high blood pressure, we do not know what type of sexual problems you are having taking enalapril. What is the cause of these symptoms. Are they related to Enalapril or to hypertension, do you diabetes or peripheral vascular disease. Do you have erectile dysfunction syndrome or is it psychological sexual problems. We dont know, hence see doc.

PPI: PPI work differently from the antispasmodic medications. There should not be any problems taking it together. If there are concerns. I would discuss this with your pharmacist.

Hydrogen peroxide is: a powerful oxidizer. It bubbles on skin when H2O2 separates into oxygen O and water H2O.  If left on the skin for a period of time, the oxygen is absorbed into the dermis and creates small oxygen bubbles in the tiny capillaries at the skin surface and turns the skin white. Short periods of exposure have slight antibacterial properties. But long exposure will dry your skin. Rinse with plain water.
