Your : Your foot should be doing a lot better. The loss of the arch means there could be other associated problems. I would have follow up x-rays and probably and MRI to define the situation further.

A severe foot sprain: In the midfoot between the 1st and 2nd metatarsal-cuneiform joints is the lisfranc ligament.  If it is severely  injured, the metatarsals can move laterally and the midfoot becomes unstable.  If the injury is mild, immobilization may be adequate.  If severe, surgical repair produces the best result.

Liz franc pain: Injury to the forefoot will cause pain in high heels due to flexion at the MTP joints while wearing the shoes. You did not state what the injury was, nor it's healed vs healing state.  Treatment will depend on the injury and current status, but meds or injections can alleviate pain, pads, and orthotic devices may allow you a choice of footwear. See you podiatrist, ortho  or pain doc for help.

Get Details: The lisfranc joint often requires fusion using screws when the joint has been dislocated or is unstable.  Get the details from your surgeon so you can make a good choice. The procedure is not new and many foot and ankle surgeons do this procedure on a regular basis.

Could be a few : Things.  If you've been healing well all along and now, out of the blue, you have pain, call your surgeon. A piece of hardware may be dislodged. It's also common to have sharp sudden pain, especially if the weather is changing, but this shouldn't last more than a moment. Either way, the best advice i can give you is call your surgeon.

i have a lisfranc foot injury. i had surgery on it. there are areas in my foot. it has red,bumpy,dry skin around the incisions. what could this be? it almost looks like a rash?

: Perhaps you are noting areas of post-operative scarring, and indeed there may be some residual suture material not yet absorbed.  Best source to have all of this explained is a followup with your surgeon, who knows you best and can visually examine the area of concern.

i have a lisfranc foot injury with screws. i was trying to get some blood flow with massager by my foot. i got too close to incision and it vibrated on the incision. now it feels crunchy when i move my toes. could i have messed up my surgery?

: Probably not but, just to be sure, call your surgeon and describe the vibration over the incision as well as the sensation you now have when you move your toes. Your surgeon may want to examine you and possibly check an x-ray. Then, you can be reassured that everything is fine and you are healing well! Best of luck to you!

i have a comminuted intra articular fracture of the 2nd metatarsal,oblique 3&4,medial cuneiform all nondisplaced lisfranc injury. cast or surgery?

Hard to say: This may need surgery but it depends on your orthopedic surgeon as to what's the best course for you. Either way you'll need a cast.
