I have a lisfranc foot injury. i had surgery on it. there are areas in my foot. it has red,bumpy,dry skin around the incisions. what could this be? it almost looks like a rash?

Perhaps you are noting areas of post-operative scarring, and indeed there may be some residual suture material not yet absorbed. Best source to have all of this explained is a followup with your surgeon, who knows you best and can visually examine the area of concern.
