A : A few factors come into play in determining the best answer to your question.

Lidocaine toxicity: most surgeons will limit the amount of Lidocaine given to 35mg to 50mg per kg of patient weight; this will limit the number of body areas that can be anesthetized.  If a patient is under IV sedation, then the Lidocaine tumescent fluid can be diluted and placed in more body areas.

Safe fat removal: many surgeons will limit the amount of fat removal to under 5 liters in a single session if a patient is being treated as an outpatient.  If larger volumes are removed, it would be safest to be observed in an inpatient setting after the procedure.  This is significantly influenced by the age, weight, bmi, and health status of a patient.

For the average overweight (bmi 25-30) patient, 5 body areas are what can typically be treated in a single session.

Ulthera to tighten: Ulthera is not related to liposuction.  It is an ultrasound based therapy aimed at tightening the skin of the face and neck.

Ab exercises: One the fat has been removed with liposuction, there is less fatty tissue covering your abdominal muscles.  With the proper diet and exercise program you could develop a 6-pack.  This is not easy and you may need a personal trainer to fully build up those muscles.

Smaller : Smaller incisions do definitely decrease the risk of infection but there is no such thing as no risk.  Make sure that the facility and surgeon as certified and the risk should be low for infection.

i had liposuction on my lower back and fat transferred to my buttocks 3mo ago why do i still have burning sensation in my lower back?

Probably normal: It is very common to have some dysesthesias (pins and needles) following liposuction and can occasionally be more pronounced following ultrasonic assisted liposuction. Generally this will , resolve with time. Topical massage and desensitization exercise may help to diminish the discomfort.

Bleacher: The pigmentation after liposuction can be either from break down product of hemoglobin or from post inflamtory skin hyperpigmentation. For the 1st reason, only time can help to absorb the pigmentation. For the second reason you can use a bleacher like hydroquinone 4% that you apply on the pigmentation twice a day. Your surgeon can tell which one is the right approach.
