what is the most effective treatment for multiple lipomas?

Multiple excisions: The only way to treat them is to excise or surgically remove them. Most insurance companies don't reimburse for this procedure for cosmetic reasons (you don't like how it looks) so i only recommend it if it affects your occupation (impacts your function or movement) or clothing (it's irritated by belt or bra, etc).

Mainly genetic...: There is a hereditary predisposition to developing lipomas, and some feel that they may arise after some form of trauma.  You don't really need to do anything to them, but the best way to get rid of them is to have them surgically excised.  If you do have it removed, make sure there is a biopsy of the lesion just to be sure.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Balanitis: There are a few different causes of balanitis. None is likely to be effectively treated with baking soda. If the problem persists despite good hygiene (retract foreskin and wash with soap and water once or twice daily), see a doctor for diagnosis and treatment advice.

Oh my gosh.: I would encourage you to see a breast specialist or general surgeon to evaluate this further - an oncologist if your tumor was malignant.

i've been in treatment for high pb for years. it has been staying in an acceptable range for some time. i take sodium bicarbonate for kidney function. lately my systolic bp is persistently high. can the sodium bicarbonate be the cause?

: Yes, sodium bicarbonate can increase systolic pressure because of the sodium content. At times, we have to use diuretic for combating that side effect if needed. Take care.
