You should be surento do deep breathing exercises, big breath in amd hold as long as you can, that opens the cells back up, and if on breathing treatment regimen then do them faithfully.

Tia symptoms may occur over a few minutes to typically 1-2 hours, if symptoms progress and change over time then often this is a possible migraine. If anyone has acute symptoms then call 911.
