Inflammation: Inflammation can linger for a very long time. It really depends on what is causing the inflammation. Exposure to air pollution, stress, a high sugar diet, too much saturated fat, certain vitamin and mineral deficiencies, toxic relationships - all of these can contribute to inflammation.
