: Changes in visual acuity or partial loss of vision is not caused by your pregnancy.  An ophthalmologist should examine and diagnose.

Avoidance, incense: The best way, of course, is to avoid the offending odor in the first place.  Prevention is a good second choice -- if you can find a pleasing candle or incense to mask bothersome odors.  Stories abound of pregnant women wearing garlic cloves as a necklace to cover over bad smells!

Likely benign: Very likely this is a tension headache like you mentioned. Be sure to stretch your muscles weekly with exercises like yoga. Continue to stay well hydrated with water and clear fluids. Use tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed for pain. If it worsens or you cannot keep fluids down, see your doctor.

Even if you were sensitized to Rh and your baby is Rh positive, it can be managed, but you need to see a qualified doctor. Breast tenderness: This is a common symptom of pregnancy. There is no magic solution. You can use tylenol (acetaminophen) or acetominophen  ( maximum 1 gram every 6 hours ) . Wear a sports bra. Your symptoms should improve as the pregnancy progresses. Don't take motrin, alleve, or Aspirin in pregnancy.

Yes.: The hormonal changes of pregnancy are massive and can cause unpredictable effects on the individual woman. Fluctuating breast tenderness and water retention are certainly anticipated in early pregnancy and beyond. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily and best of luck!

Yes: Even in the first trimester of pregnancy, one can begin to feel a swelling, almost painful sensation in the vagina.  It's good that it seems that you don't have signs of itching (typically yeast) or burning with urination (typically uti), or watery discharge with foul odor (typically bacterial).  This type of tenderness can come and go in pregnancy. Sounds normal but if you're worried, check w/ md.

Very similar: The breast tenderness are very similar in menstruation and early pregnancy.  Both are due to hormonal changes. However most women have more tenderness in pregnancy because there is greater hormonal surge.

i had a full term pregnancy & was just prescribed w/ pcos. i find it odd that i had no breast tenderness at all during my pregnancy. what's the reason?

Not related: Can't give a sure answer but pcos and pregnancy and breast symptoms have no relationship to each other.
