is there a difference between breast tenderness during menstruation and breast tenderness during pregnancy?

Very similar: The breast tenderness are very similar in menstruation and early pregnancy. Both are due to hormonal changes. However most women have more tenderness in pregnancy because there is greater hormonal surge.
