Not sure what: Clear tissue may mean, but it is time to get a urne analysis and some blood work, and then decision about imaging or cystoscopy. You did not say if it was the kidney, its pelvis or ureter that was cancer. I would definitely call or visit your urologist.

Many possibilities: Cloudy urine can be confused with dark urine.  Dark clear urine can be a normal response to decreased fluid intake.  Dark urine that looks "coca-cola colored" or has a reddish hue could be a sign of blood in the urine warranting evaluation.  Liver disease can also darken the urine. Coudy urine with fever, painful urination or flank pain could be a sign of infection (UTI) or kidney stones.

The urine may contain protein, fat, crystals, blood, casts, white cells, giving the consistency of cloudy. Check your urine at rhe dr. Drink more fluids unless you have serious renal insufficiency or congestive heart disease.
