Cloudy urine: Patients who are dehydrated excrete a concentrated urine that is not cloudy. If one's urine is cloudy and is seen with symptoms of burning and frequency, a urinary tract infection (UTI) may be present. See a physician and have a urine analysis, that will confirm dehydration and have your urine sent off for a culture that will confirm a UTI. Good luck.

Cloudy urine: warrants evaluation for urinary tract infection, hematuria, or proteinuria. Drink plenty of fluid until your urine is clear if it does not, then you need to see a physician
