Ask your Oncologist: Life expectancy & treatment options are best addressed by your oncologist when it comes to cancer. It's never a bad idea to get a 2nd opinion if possible. Some folks like to get a 3rd opinion but at some point, someone will tell you what you want to hear. That's when you need to be careful. Yes, i believe in miracles, but not at expense of someone else. In other words, don't pay for miracles.

Scabies?: is a possibility as well as other possible causes such as bug bites so see a doctor to get it diagnosed and treated.

Urticaria: One possibility is cholinergic urticaria. This is a form of hives that causes itching and is triggered by things like exercise, heat or cold. Usually there are red welts associated with the itching. Oral antihistamines such as Claritin (loratadine) or Allegra can help control this. If there is no visible rash, consult your physician or a dermatologist for evaluation and work up of your symptoms.

can 4 weeks usage of triamcinolone 0.1% creme cause extreme hypertension and vision issues? cream used on scalp, face, neck, shoulder, chest, back and legs daily. how long does it stay in your system?

Unlikely: The 0.1% is a very mild steroid, but if used on most of the face and body very often over 1 month, there is a very slight possibility of it causing those effects. Not sure what your reason for using the top med was, but suggest that you discontinue its use and see a dermatologist/internist/ ophthalmologist for an alternate type of tx as well as futher eval of your 2 problems.

on 100mg of levothyroxine. now confirming it is causing rash on neck/breast/chest and scalp itch. cant see my doc until 2 mths. why is this? no allerg

Drug allergy: Levothyroxine is the generic name of a type of thyroid hormone, which several different companies make. It is possible that you are allergic to one of the nonactive ingredients (filler/coloring) in one maker's pill, but not another, especially if you took this medicine in past without difficulty.  Ask your pharmacy if generic maker was changed recently. Rarely, u could be allergic to levothyroxine

Maybe: Methimazole is notorious for causing a rash.  It is unusual to get a rash after 6 yr, but it is possible. Presumably you have graves disease? Perhaps it is time to reevaluate your hyperthyroidism and think about definitive treatment.  See your endocrinologist.

Discuss w/ the Dr: Clear from what you say, he is not well and probablt his quality of life is diminished. The duration of life may be unknown, but the best estimates would come from the doctors who treat him. I'm sorry that this is a difficult time for him - I hope it can be as good as possible.

3.5 years: 3.5 years is the median survival in studies that look at groups of people with angiosarcoma.  However, each person with angiosarcoma may do much better or much worse.  It depends on where the tumor started, the stage of the tumor at diagnosis, and the age and general health of the person.  Sadly, it is a very aggressive type of cancer.

Cyc+Pred: I can actually recommend lots of other better treatments; but if you got to choose; I will try fisrtable with medication only; chemotherapy can be ery harmfull in this situation; so no, go for meds only!! althouught to resect it its always the best choice, dont wait to get worst if you can already finish with it!!
