Don't worry!: It would exceedingly unusual for someone in their 20s to get pancreatic cancer! And there are many more things that cause the symptoms you describe, from irritable bowel syndrome to dietary intolerances to gallbladder inflammation. Talk to your provider. And try to focus on other things!

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that,  It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity at tolerated.

how do i treat rib and back pain i have two left side ribs causing me not to be able stand erect , lift anything on the right side, and severe pain in lower back , left side at l 2 and 3 vert. i can't sit and type almost in tears it hurts so bad.

This : This degree of pain is unusual for pure musculoskeletal problems to the "ribs" of to the thoracic area. You are not giving much information but i would want to make sure you don't have another problem internally that coulb be causing problems. You need a comprehensive evaluation of your condition with a good review of systems.

Axillary/scapula pai: Consider reflux. h pylori gastritis,constipation with gas pain,mycoplasma inflammation with costochondritis  rarely may be vascular like dissection( if Marfan's or cocaine use) or pulmonary embolus( check d-dimer for both these rare events). Followup with doctor/ urgent  care

Back pain: This could be many things - more information would be needed.  If there was a strain or lifting - it could be a muscle strain.  If fever or cough - could be pneumonia.  If fever or symptoms when you pee - could be kidney infection.   If a rash around that side of back with blister like lesions it could be shingles.   If the pain persists follow up your physician.
